Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) are now a legal requirement for any UK buildings sold, rented or
constructed. It is the landlords’ responsibility to ensure that one is produced for each rental property.

3Certs’ accredited Energy Assessors will make an on-site visit to collect the data required to determine each
home’s energy efficiency and environmental impact rating, and produce your user-friendly Energy
Performance Certificate.

Our assessment will consider heating, water heating, construction style, window type, property dimensions,
insulation levels and lighting. Properties are rated on an A to G scale, with A being the most energy efficient,
with the lowest carbon emissions.

Our report will also include recommendations on ways to improve your houses’ energy efficiency.
